Todd Nichols is a great salesman, simply because he listened to our needs, rather than telling us what he thought we needed. Our transaction was handled 100% over the telephone in three conversations and the delivery was just as sweet. Overall it made what my wife, who thought this was going to be a rollercoaster ride, very excited, the whole purchase was a positive experience.
